Funky wit featuring a blush of summer peach, preserved lemon and marmalade with kiwi, and hay. Barnyard funk dissipates with a twinge of tartness to a slight saline finish reminiscent of brackish water and memories of lemons past.
Pilsner malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat, oats, nugget hops, field lemons and pineapple oranges we bought from a guy with a church van in the parking lot, fermented with a blend of house wild cultures and Allagash's House Brettanomyces strain
