TASTING NOTES

This second variant of our fourth batch of Miscellanea was aged on two varietals of freestone peaches grown by Peter Klein at Seedling Farms in Michigan. AutumnStar are a newer varietal developed and bred in Coloma, Michigan to adapt to their specific growing environment and Loring, a classic mid season heirloom peach.
