Tasting Notes

Margarita inspired gose with mangos, lime, and salt.

Sweet and tart balance, malic acid, candied apple, dry finish, tannic/fruit pith mouthfeel, not quite cloying but drying, cumquat skin. Hint of hard candy-like sweetness on the nose, bright orange flavor like an over rripe tangerine and Granny Smith apples (deep cut here, but it's like the green pack of Ice Breaker Sour candies), cranberry acidity, dry finish (almost tannic) and visually it has the prettiest lil blush hue
