Tasting Notes

A muy caliente blend of our beer for tacos flaunts a hefty dose of sweet, nutty smoke fuming from a quick burst of carbonation. Along with the signature chipotle smoke, the infusion of the dried jalapeños adds a sweet, vegetal profile and plays off notes of key lime pie from an its extended siesta in lime gin oak barrels. The astringency of the wood adds an earthy tannic structure that tangos with a flavorful but sneaky afterburn.
