Warming notes of cocoa and raisin meet earthly tannins and hints of lilac and lavender. Pour this deep merlot elixir into stemware and terrify your wannabe Sommelier friend by adding ice. 

Secret Teas

Of course we are going to use a fancy ass blend of teas:

Yunnan Black is the base black tea providing raisin and honey notes. Yunnan tea lacks the strong astringency of brisker black teas, instead emitting maly aromas and a smooth flavor.

Jade Oolong is lightly oxidized and medium roasted. This oolong tea is a bridge between black tea and green tea. Light golden in color, it provides a roasted sweetness and woodsy aroma.

Blue Butterfly Pea Flower is a botanical that offer little to no flavor when used as tea but adds a natural blue color that turns reddish when acid is added.

Lavender flower is a fragrant, minty herb with a soft scent that will make you feel sleepytime.

How did we come up with this blend of tea? We drink a lot of tea.
