Eille is a Biere de Miel, or honey beer, with floral and perfume aromas; dry but with honey notes on the finish complimenting spice oils reminiscent of gin.

Pilsner malt, Flaked Wheat; Liberty, Santiam, and Chinook hops; honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, juniper, coriander, chamomile, and rose hips (not vegan)

Biére de Miel, translates to "Honey Beer", and is a relatively obscure cousin of saison and Biére de Garde with the addition of honey to boosts the alcohol level and dry the body.
