Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, 6.5% abv. Sixth $90 / Half $180
Our best seller. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite.
Tooth and Claw Dry Hopped Lager, 5.0% abv. $80 / $160
The Field Museum's house beer, named in homage to Sue the T-rex. Crisp, clean pilsner dry-hopped with Perle, a German aromatic hop variety.
Troublesome Gose, 4.3% abv. $80 / $160
German-style blended wheat beer. Coriander and salt are added at the tail end of fermentation to create a mild, lemony tartness and a fuller sensation of mouth feel.
Questions or concerns? Please include them in the last field at the end of the form.
